{"id":175,"date":"2021-09-20T10:17:59","date_gmt":"2021-09-20T10:17:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.kordesder.org.tr\/?p=175"},"modified":"2021-09-20T14:31:35","modified_gmt":"2021-09-20T14:31:35","slug":"korumali-isyerleri-hakkinda-yonetmelik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kordesder.org.tr\/?p=175","title":{"rendered":"Korumal\u0131 \u0130\u015fyerleri Hakk\u0131nda Y\u00f6netmelik"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>B\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ama\u00e7, Kapsam, Dayanak ve Tan\u0131mlar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ama\u00e7 ve kapsam<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 1 \u2013 (1) Bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin amac\u0131, normal i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na kazand\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 olan \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcler i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan gerekli teknik donan\u0131m\u0131 devlet\u00e7e sa\u011flanacak olan i\u015fyerlerinin korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc kazanmas\u0131, i\u015fleyi\u015fi ve denetlenmesine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131 d\u00fczenlemektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, normal i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na kazand\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 olan \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcler i\u00e7in mesleki rehabilitasyon ve istihdam olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filerce a\u00e7\u0131lan ve a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan i\u015fyerlerini kapsar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dayanak<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 2 \u2013 (1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelik, 1\/7\/2005 tarihli ve 5378 say\u0131l\u0131 \u00d6z\u00fcrl\u00fcler ve Baz\u0131 Kanun ve Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamelerde De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Kanunun 14 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesi h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tan\u0131mlar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 3 \u2013 (1) Bu Y\u00f6netmelikte ge\u00e7en;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc: T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) \u0130\u015fveren: Sahip oldu\u011fu i\u015fyeri i\u00e7in korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc almak \u00fczere Kuruma ba\u015fvuruda bulunan ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015fiyi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Komisyon: \u0130llerde Valilik b\u00fcnyesinde, T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u0130l Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u0130l Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, \u0130l Sosyal Hizmetler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve gerekli hallerde Valilik\u00e7e g\u00f6revlendirilen kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131 temsilcilerinden olu\u015fan, sekreteryas\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma usul ve esaslar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek olan komisyonu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e7) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri: Normal i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc piyasas\u0131na kazand\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 olan \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcler i\u00e7in mesleki rehabilitasyon ve istihdam olu\u015fturmak amac\u0131yla, Devlet taraf\u0131ndan ilgili mevzuatta teknik donan\u0131m\u0131n sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve mali y\u00f6nden desteklendi\u011fi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel olarak d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi i\u015fyerini,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi: Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinin i\u015fleyi\u015finden sorumlu olan ki\u015fiyi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Kurum: T\u00fcrkiye \u0130\u015f Kurumu Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ifade eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130K\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 \u0130\u015fyeri Stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn Kazan\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc i\u00e7in ba\u015fvuruda bulunma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 4 \u2013 (1) \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde en az otuz, b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir belediye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda en az onbe\u015f oldu\u011fu ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde yetmi\u015fbe\u015fini bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 17 nci maddesinin birinci f\u0131kras\u0131nda belirtilen nitelikleri haiz \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu i\u015fyeri i\u015fverenleri korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvuruda bulunur. Bu kapsamda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n tespitinde belirsiz s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine ve belirli s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7iler esas al\u0131n\u0131r. K\u0131smi s\u00fcreli i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesine g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcreleri dikkate al\u0131narak tam s\u00fcreli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Oranlar\u0131n hesaplanmas\u0131nda yar\u0131ma kadar kesirler dikkate al\u0131nmaz, yar\u0131m ve daha fazla olanlar tama d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvuru i\u00e7in istenecek belgeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 5 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fcne hak kazanmak isteyen ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filer, i\u015fyerinin \u00fcretim faaliyetini veya faaliyetlerini, i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak toplam i\u015f\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan veya \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak olan \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6z\u00fcr grubunu veya gruplar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6z\u00fcr oranlar\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015fyerinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya yapaca\u011f\u0131 i\u015fler ile i\u015fyerinin adresini belirten dilek\u00e7e ile 6 nc\u0131 ve 7 nci maddelerde belirtilen belgelerle birlikte \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvururlar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130\u015fverenden istenecek belgeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 6 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc kazanmak isteyen ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin temsilcilerinden;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Adli sicil kayd\u0131,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) \u0130kametgah ilmuhaberi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e7) T\u00fczel ki\u015filerin g\u00f6sterece\u011fi temsilcinin yetki belgesi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Dernek ve vak\u0131flar i\u00e7in, vak\u0131f senedi veya dernek t\u00fcz\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ama\u00e7lar aras\u0131nda e\u011fitim ve \u00fcretim faaliyetlerinin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren belge,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) Y\u0131ll\u0131k gelir veya kurumlar vergisi y\u00f6n\u00fcnden ba\u011fl\u0131 bulunulan vergi dairesinden al\u0131nacak, gelir vergisi, kurumlar vergisi, gelir stopaj vergisi ve katma de\u011fer vergisi borcu ile sosyal g\u00fcvenlik kurumlar\u0131ndan al\u0131nacak prim borcu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair belge,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f) \u0130\u015fyeri ruhsat\u0131,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>istenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklardan istenecek belgeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 7 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde y\u00f6netici olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak ki\u015fiden;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) \u0130kametgah belgesi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Adli sicil kayd\u0131,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e7) Bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair sa\u011fl\u0131k raporu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) E\u011fitim durumunu g\u00f6sterir belge,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>istenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taleplerin komisyonca de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc d\u00fczenlenmesi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 8 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc almak \u00fczere \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u015fvuran ger\u00e7ek veya t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin talepleri en ge\u00e7 otuz g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde i\u015fyerinde gerekli tespit ve inceleme yapmak suretiyle Komisyonca de\u011ferlendirilir. Ba\u015fvurusu yap\u0131lanlardan Komisyonca yap\u0131lacak de\u011ferlendirme sonucunda uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclen i\u015fyerlerine Valilik\u00e7e, Korumal\u0131 \u0130\u015fyeri Stat\u00fcs\u00fc Belgesi d\u00fczenlenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dc\u00c7\u00dcNC\u00dc B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 \u0130\u015fyerinde \u00c7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak Personelin Nitelikleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak personel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 9 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde; i\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi, e\u011fitici personel, bu Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 4 \u00fcnc\u00fc maddesinde belirlenen say\u0131dan az olmayacak \u015fekilde \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc ve di\u011fer personel istihdam edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) \u0130\u015fyerinin korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc almas\u0131ndan sonra gerekli teknik destekler Valiliklerde olu\u015fturulan Komisyon taraf\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirilerek, uygun g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi durumunda, belli periyotlarda g\u00f6revlendirilecek personel taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri personelinin nitelikleri<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 10 \u2013 (1) \u0130\u015fyeri personelinin nitelikleri;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) \u0130\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi: \u0130\u015f yeri y\u00f6neticisi, i\u015fyerinin amac\u0131na uygun olarak idari, teknik, mali ve di\u011fer i\u015flerinin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinden ve bunlar\u0131n d\u00fczenli bir bi\u00e7imde i\u015fleyi\u015finden sorumludur. Sosyal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmac\u0131, fizyoterapist, psikolog, rehber \u00f6\u011fretmen veya psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fman, \u00f6zel e\u011fitimci, doktor, sosyolog ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ekonomisti olanlar ile bu alanlarda y\u00fcksek lisans yapanlar i\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi olabilir. Bu \u00f6zellikleri ta\u015f\u0131yan i\u015fverenler ayn\u0131 zamanda i\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi olabilir. Bir ki\u015fi birden fazla korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinin y\u00f6neticisi olamaz ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma saatleri i\u00e7inde ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6revde \u00e7al\u0131\u015famaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) E\u011fitici personel: Mesleki ve teknik e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenim g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f veya usta \u00f6\u011freticilik yeterlili\u011fini kazanm\u0131\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Ayr\u0131ca i\u015fyeri kapasitesine g\u00f6re teknik, idari ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 personel ile ihtiya\u00e7 duyulabilecek di\u011fer meslek elemanlar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00d6RD\u00dcNC\u00dc B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiziksel Ko\u015fullar ve Donan\u0131m<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emniyet ve trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 11 \u2013 (1) \u0130\u015fyerinin bulundu\u011fu yer, \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerin geli\u015f ve gidi\u015flerinde trafik y\u00f6n\u00fcnden uygun ve emniyetli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fyeri taraf\u0131ndan, yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar i\u00e7in servisle ta\u015f\u0131ma hizmeti sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yang\u0131ndan korunma ve \u0131s\u0131tma<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 12 \u2013 (1) \u0130\u015fyerinde yang\u0131ndan korunma i\u00e7in yeterli say\u0131da yang\u0131n s\u00f6nd\u00fcrme cihaz\u0131 ve malzemesi ile sesli ve \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 alarm sistemi bulunmal\u0131, yang\u0131n i\u00e7in gerekli \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fyerinin m\u00fcstakil binada veya \u00e7ok katl\u0131 binalar\u0131n ikinci veya daha \u00fcst katlar\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na uygun yang\u0131n tahliye sistemi bulundurulmas\u0131 zorunludur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) \u0130\u015fyerinde \u0131s\u0131tma kaloriferle yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ancak b\u00f6lgesel farkl\u0131l\u0131klar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131narak kalorifer sisteminin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlerde \u0131s\u0131tma, \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcye risk olu\u015fturmayacak elektrikli ara\u00e7larla veya merkezi \u0131s\u0131tma sistemi ile yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinin fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 13 \u2013 (1) \u0130\u015fyerinin fiziksel ko\u015fullar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u00f6zellikleri ta\u015f\u0131mal\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinin m\u00fcstakil bir binada olmas\u0131 tercih nedenidir. Ancak \u00e7ok katl\u0131 bir binada olmas\u0131 halinde, yang\u0131n merdiveni ve uygun asans\u00f6r \u015fart\u0131 aran\u0131r. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde; \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerin resmi ve resmi olmayan kurumlarla etkin bir ileti\u015fim kurmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131l\u0131r, bireysel ve grup programlar\u0131 ile dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmetleri verilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BE\u015e\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 \u0130\u015fyerinin \u0130\u015fleyi\u015fine \u0130li\u015fkin Esaslar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerine \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc kabul\u00fc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 16 \u2013 (1) Kuruma kay\u0131tl\u0131 ve korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak isteyen \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcler bireysel olarak veya \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile i\u015fyerlerine ba\u015fvururlar. \u0130\u015fyeri y\u00f6neticisi, i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan di\u011fer personelin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini alarak \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcn\u00fcn uygunlu\u011funa karar verir. \u0130\u015fyeri, bireysel olarak ba\u015fvuran \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcleri en ge\u00e7 bir ay i\u00e7erisinde \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerlerine kabul edilecek \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fclerde aranacak \u015fartlar ve istenecek belgeler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 17 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde istihdam edilebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) En az %40 oran\u0131nda zihinsel, ruhsal-duyusal ve davran\u0131\u015fsal \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc olmak veya di\u011fer \u00f6z\u00fcr gruplar\u0131ndan ise %60 ve \u00fczeri \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc olmak,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Kuruma kay\u0131tl\u0131 olmak,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) 15 ya\u015f\u0131n\u0131 bitirmi\u015f olmak,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Kabulde;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) \u0130kametgah belgesi,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulu Raporu,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e7) \u0130ki adet foto\u011fraf,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) Varsa e\u011fitim durumunu g\u00f6sterir belge,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>istenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u015ften ayr\u0131lmas\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 18 \u2013 (1) Valilik\u00e7e korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc verilen i\u015fyerleri, ayda bir Personel Durum \u00c7izelgesini takip eden ay\u0131n ilk haftas\u0131nda d\u00fczenleyerek \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6nderir. \u0130\u015fyeri herhangi bir sebeple i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi sona eren \u00f6z\u00fcrl\u00fc i\u015f\u00e7inin ayr\u0131l\u0131\u015f nedenlerini on be\u015f g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ALTINCI B\u00d6L\u00dcM<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7e\u015fitli ve Son H\u00fck\u00fcmler<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Defter ve belgelerin ibraz\u0131<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 19 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerleri, denetimler ilgili her t\u00fcrl\u00fc bilgiyi vermek ve bu bilgilerin do\u011frulu\u011funu ispata yarayan defter, kay\u0131t ve belgeleri ibraz etmek zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyerinin y\u0131ll\u0131k faaliyet raporunu d\u00fczenlemesi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 20 \u2013 (1) Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri bir y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim, istihdam, sat\u0131\u015f, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f, yat\u0131r\u0131m, pazarlama, stok, istihdam etti\u011fi personel gibi faaliyetlerini i\u00e7eren raporunu her y\u0131l\u0131n Mart ay\u0131 i\u00e7erinde \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne verir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn sona erdirilmesi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>MADDE 21 \u2013 (1) Valilik\u00e7e korumal\u0131 i\u015fyeri stat\u00fcs\u00fc verilen i\u015fyerleri, denetim raporlar\u0131 sonucunda belirlenen ve bu Y\u00f6netmelikte belirtilen ko\u015fullar\u0131n bir veya birka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmedi\u011fi tespit edildi\u011fi takdirde \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak uyar\u0131l\u0131r.
